Normally i'm not a big fan of remakes. I'm against remakes of old movies, no matter how awesome the new-fangled computer graphics effects will 'enhance' the old version of stick puppets and tonka trucks. There's definitely a sense of quality when watching an old film. It comes across as an art, that the actors really cared and poured their efforts into making it the best film they could make.

NYC Marathon This weekend was the NYC marathon. If you ask me, that's 26 miles of sheer self-mutilation. But this is coming from a guy who can't run more than 3-4 miles.
